Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Senior IT Application Support Officer to support, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve core business applications. The selected candidate will work closely with internal users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure stable, secure, and efficient application service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for business applications and user requests.
  • Monitor application performance, availability, and system errors.
  • Analyze reported issues, identify root causes, and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment.
  • Prepare technical reports, incident summaries, and user support documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue escalation and enhancement requests.
  • Ensure proper backup, access control, and system support procedures are followed.
  • Participate in system improvement initiatives and automation activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in application support, system administration, or software implementation.
  • Good knowledge of databases, APIs, web applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience in banking, ERP, CRM, HR, payroll, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
