It is known that the Government of Ethiopia is undertaking vast and numerous developmental programs to achieve the Growth and Transformation Plan (GTP) series laid out for the holistic renaissance of the country. The Addis Ababa – Adama Expressway (AAE) is one of the construction mega projects developed as part of GTP-I which is open for traffic and administered by the Ethiopian Toll Roads Enterprise. Other expressways (Modjo-Hawassa and Adama-Awash) are underway and many more are planned for future development and operation in line with the dynamic socio-economic development of Ethiopia.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and service-oriented IT Support Officer to provide technical support for employees, maintain office IT equipment, and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of company systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for staff hardware, software, email, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related IT equipment.
  • Support user account setup, password resets, and access management.
  • Monitor and report common system issues to the IT team.
  • Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and support records.
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting and system maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications
